Politique de remboursement

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the item is delivered to request a return or exchange. If a delivery is missed, the 14 days begin on the date of the first delivery attempt.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept any used/unsaleable, damaged, or worn items for return unless the issue is deemed a defect in the product, or the product was damaged during shipping. If the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we may investigate with Canada Post.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ewcshop.ca. If your return is accepted, you may return your items at our location, or ship it at the customers cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may investigate with Canada Post.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom order products (special orders or custom made items such as certain braces and orthotics), and pain relief cream (such as Biofreeze Professional). Any wearable products or pillows are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. If you have a defective brace, please contact us so we may contact the manufacturer to find a solution. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, either at our location or by shipping it back, and once the return is accepted, we may process your new order for you. If there is any difference in price, the customer is responsible for the payment of this difference (e.g. if a less expensive item is exchanged for a higher priced item).

Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the client.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Warranty Returns

Elysian Wellness Centre does not provide warranty on any third party items purchased, as products are manufactured by a third party (we are authorized resellers). If the product contains warranty with its purchase, please contact the manufacturer with your proof of purchase. If you require help to contact the appropriate parties, please email us at info@ewcshop.ca so we may assist. If items were received damaged, please contact us immediately so we may investigate.

On Elysian brand products, we offer a 1 month warranty on certain products for any defective products. Warranty will not apply to wear and tear, accidental damage, physical damage, or misuse of product. Please contact us at info@ewcshop.ca for any warranty related issues with Elysian brand products.
